  1. What is the light on the device indicating
    The red light is showing you that the board is on standby and ready for charging.

    When the red light flashes, the device is going into self-protection mode. Simply unplug the power supply and remove the phone from the charging board. If everything is ok, plug in the power again. The red light should now stay on and indicate your device is in standby mode. (If the red light is still flashing, please contact our custom service team)

    The white light bar indicates that there is a current passing from the power source to the phone via the charging board. This light will stay on as long as the phone is placed on the charging board, even after the phone is fully charged. Our advanced technology secures the power going to your phone is reduced to a trickle so your phone is safe and your battery preserved – unlike many of the old fashioned ways of charging your device!

  2. Will the wireless charging system work with any phone?
    Yes, we have designed the wireless charging technology to be compatible with the majority of modern phones on the market as long as the phones are on our wireless charging cases/covers. We have launched the specific versions for the very popular Apple iPhone and Samsung Galaxy models. If you’re unsure, please get in touch today and we’ll be happy to advise you.

  3. Is the charging time of my device affected?
    Charging time is usually reduced in most devices. Our testing shows a charge time of two and half hours or less for the majority of modern phones.

  4. What happens if the product breaks after my purchase?
    All our products are built to the highest quality standards. However, in the unlikely event you experience an issue with your item; it is covered by a full one-year warranty. This means you can return the item for repair or replacement at no extra charge.

  5. What if I don’t like the product and want to return it?
